WHO CAN USE ARS?
ARS is typically provided to two broad types of
organizations:

on-demand needs for high quality talent in-house. Examples
include staffing departments of hi-tech, semiconductors,
software, manufacturing, financial services and any other
business organizations heavily dependant on procuring
professionals.
Consulting, staffing and any other type of business
organization that is specifically dependent on recruitment,
that may need to scale recruitment efforts up or down
quickly.

as an extension to your in-house recruiters, sourcing,
making calls as your recruiters, technically screening and
checking references, and selling the candidates on the
prospective job as your recruiters

WHAT ARE THE ENGAGEMENT MODELS?
SOURCING CANDIDATES ONLY
We source and submit matching candidates for your specific
talent requirements. These candidates are sourced using
Internet search, AVVAL’s in-house proprietary database,
AVVAL’s large referral network and job portals. We may post
jobs, sift through internet and job portals, and discover
matching candidates based on sourcing guidelines provided.
SCREENING CANDIDATES ONLY
We screen the candidates you provide to ensure that they
are qualified (as per predetermined criteria), interested
and available for further consideration. We may call them
during US business hours, evenings, weekends as many times
as needed to establish a phone contact for screening.
FULL LIFECYCLE RECRUITING
We source, screen, and submit candidates who are
qualified for the requirement and are interested and
available for further screening or consideration. |
