We rigorously screen our IT Talent:
We screen our IT Talent before placement, but as we see it,
our responsibility doesn't stop when an IT professional is
placed. We stay on top of how a consultant is performing,
continually monitor for performance, and maintain a pool of
IT talent ready to replace an IT Professional, when a
placement becomes problematic because of illness, corporate
culture mismatch, or other issues.
We collect references and check them:
We collect supervisory references from our IT professionals,
and then talk to their supervisors for their candid
evaluation of the individual IT Professional. This insures
that we maintain the highest level of quality of IT Talent
for all placements.
We test for essential IT skills and technology level
expertise:
Because our recruiters are IT professionals themselves, and
know what skills are important for a specific IT job, they
screen our IT Talent for the essential and critical skills
needed for a particular placement. This step helps ensure a
successful placement.
